Genel Sekreter, OTS Bölgesel Su Forumu'nda açılış konuşması yaptı

5 Mart 2025 tarihinde, Sayın Türk Devletleri Teşkilatı Genel Sekreteri Kubanychbek Omuraliev, OTS tarafından Brüksel'de düzenlenen OTS Bölgesel Su Forumu'nda önemli konuşma yaptı. Etkinlik, OTS üye devletlerinin diplomatik misyonlarının başkanlarını ve Belçika Krallığı'na akredite olmuş gözlemcileri bir araya getirirken, üst düzey yetkililer, uzmanlar ve paydaşlar, Türk Devletleri ve ötesinde su yönetimi ve sürdürülebilirlik ile ilgili acil sorunları ele almak için toplandı.

Forumu'nun gündemi, bölgesel işbirliğinin güçlendirilmesi, sürdürülebilir su teknolojilerinin geliştirilmesi ve yeşil büyüme için yatırım fırsatlarının araştırılmasına odaklandı.

Anahtar konuşmasında, Sayın Genel Sekreter Kubanychbek Omuraliev, su kıtlığı ve iklim değişikliği ile başa çıkmak için bölgesel işbirliğinin kritik önemini vurguladı. OTS'nin üye devletleri bir araya getirerek yenilikçi çözümler geliştirme ve kuraklıklar ile diğer çevresel tehditlere karşı dayanıklılığı artırma konusundaki rolünü ön plana çıkardı.

Forumda, su yönetimi konusunda etkili teknolojik çözümler sağlamak için ortaklıkların rolü üzerine tartışmalar yapıldı. Birleşmiş Milletler Gıda ve Tarım Örgütü (FAO), Küresel Yeşil Büyüme Enstitüsü (GGGI) ve diğer uluslararası kuruluşların temsilcileri forumda aktif olarak tartışmalara katıldı.

Etkinlik çerçevesinde, OTS Kuraklık Önleme Enstitüsü, katılımcılara misyonu, hedefleri ve yürütülen girişimler hakkında bilgi verdi.

Forum boyunca, HEPA, Macar Çevre Şirketleri Derneği (HAEE) ve KEXPORT kümesi arasında, Türk Devletleri için teknolojik çözümlerin uygulanması ve kapasite güçlendirilmesi için bir Mutabakat Zaptı imzalandı.

 Le discours d'ouverture du  Secrétaire Général lors du Forum Régional de l'Eau de l'OTS.

Le 5 mars 2025, S.E. Amb. Kubanychbek Omuraliev, Secrétaire général de l'Organisation des États turciques (OTS), a prononcé un discours principal lors du Forum régional sur l'eau de l'OTS, organisé à Bruxelles par l'OTS, l'Agence hongroise de promotion des exportations (HEPA) et l'Institut de prévention de la sécheresse (DPI) de l'OTS. L'événement a rassemblé des chefs de missions diplomatiques des États membres de l'OTS et des observateurs accrédités au Royaume de Belgique, ainsi que des responsables de haut niveau, des experts et des parties prenantes pour aborder les défis pressants liés à la gestion de l'eau et à la durabilité dans les États turciques et au-delà.

L'ordre du jour du Forum était axé sur le renforcement de la coopération régionale, l'avancement des technologies de l'eau durables et l'exploration des opportunités d'investissement pour une croissance verte.

Dans son discours principal, S.E. Amb. Kubanychbek Omuraliev a souligné l'importance cruciale de la collaboration régionale pour faire face à la pénurie d'eau et aux défis climatiques. Il a mis en avant le rôle de l'OTS dans l'unification des États membres pour développer des solutions innovantes et renforcer la résilience face aux sécheresses et autres menaces environnementales.

Le forum a vu des discussions sur le rôle des partenariats dans la fourniture de solutions technologiques efficaces en matière d'eau. Les représentants de l'Organisation des Nations Unies pour l'alimentation et l'agriculture (FAO), de l'Institut mondial pour la croissance verte (GGGI) et d'autres organisations internationales ont activement participé aux discussions lors du Forum.

Dans le cadre de l'événement, l'Institut de prévention de la sécheresse de l'OTS a informé les participants de sa mission, de ses objectifs et des initiatives entreprises.

Au cours du forum, un Protocole d'accord a été signé entre HEPA, l'Association hongroise des entreprises environnementales (HAEE) et le cluster KEXPORT pour déployer des solutions technologiques et renforcer les capacités pour les États turciques.

The Secretary General delivered a keynote speech at the OTS Regional Water Forum

On 5 March 2025, H.E. Amb. Kubanychbek Omuraliev, Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS), delivered a keynote speech at the OTS Regional Water Forum, which was organized in Brussels by the OTS, Hungarian Export Promotion Agency (HEPA) and the Drought Prevention Institute (DPI) of the OTS. The event brought together heads of diplomatic missions of the OTS Member States and Observers accredited in Kingdom of Belgium, high-level officials, experts, and stakeholders to address pressing challenges in water management and sustainability across the Turkic States and beyond.

The agenda of the Forum focused on fostering regional cooperation, advancing sustainable water technologies, and exploring investment opportunities for green growth.

In his keynote address, H.E. Amb. Kubanychbek Omuraliev emphasized the critical importance of regional collaboration in addressing water scarcity and climate challenges. He highlighted the role of the OTS in uniting Member States to develop innovative solutions and strengthen resilience against droughts and other environmental threats.

The forum featured discussions on the role of partnerships in providing effective water technology solutions. The representatives of the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), Global Green Growth Institute (GGGI) and other international organizations actively involved in the discussion at the Forum.

In the framework of the event, the OTS Drought Prevention Institute’s briefed the participants about its mission, objectives and the initiatives undertaken.

During the forum a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between HEPA, Hungarian Association of Environmental Enterprises (HAEE) and KEXPORT Cluster to deploy technology solutions and capacity building for the Turkic States.
